Lisa Cameron

I am originally from the small town of Arcadia, FL and was brought to Gainesville, clearly by fate, but also to attend the University of Florida. After graduation, I began my career in the insurance industry and have been part of the McGriff-Williams family since 2000.

My husband Eric and I own a construction company and we have two children, Sophie and Clayton. In our spare time, we love to go camping and visit the mountains, as well as staying involved with our church and many friends. We also spend a lot of time watching Sophie ride horses and Clay play baseball.

My role in the agency is a Business Insurance Advisor handling commercial accounts, but also assisting in many operational tasks to ensure that our office and systems run smoothly. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the agency grow to over twenty employees and four departments, from the total of seven employees when I first started. I really enjoy working with business owners and their staff to be sure they are protected in the event of a loss and can maintain the business they’ve worked so hard for.
