Accessibility at McGriff-Williams Insurance

We want everyone who visits mcgriffwilliams.com to be able to find information, request a quote and contact us. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

What we are working toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, as our guide. In October 2026 we reviewed our main pages and forms. We have started to fix what we found, including form labels, text descriptions for images, link names, visible keyboard focus, and how pages display on small screens.

What we know still needs work

Some parts of the site come from outside providers. These include the embedded map, the cookie consent banner and the accessibility toolbar. They may not work well with every assistive technology. We are reviewing these parts and will keep making changes as we find problems.

About the accessibility toolbar

The toolbar icon on our pages gives you display options such as text size and contrast. It is an extra tool. It does not replace the changes we are making to the site itself.
